Pricing Information
Please note all money is in U.S. dollars. There is a $200 One-time Setup Fee. The monthly fee structure is based on the number of images you have loaded for your clients. It is very flexible and automatically adjusts with your business. You do not have to lock into a given level of images. As your image count grows, the fees will automatically be adjusted. We can host your existing website for no additional charge. Plus, we will help you integrate your new shopping cart or you can have your designer help you. If you do not have an existing site, the system comes with Website Creation Tools that will help you build and maintain your website.

Note: The ranges below are based on your monthly image peak count. The peak count = the largest number of images you have loaded on your site at one time. 0-2,500 Images $49/Month. 2,501-5,000 Images $49/Month (includes 2,500 images) plus 1.5 cents for each additional image. Example: 500 pictures over = +$7.50 This range of images has a maximum charge of $67.75/month. 5,001-25,000 Images $49/Month (includes 2,500 images) plus 3/4 of a cent for each additional image. This range of images has a maximum charge of $175.00/month. 25,001-50,000 Images $175/Month (includes 25,000 images) plus 3/4 of a cent for each additional image. This range of images has a maximum charge of $300.00/month. 50,001-75,000 images $300/Month (includes 50,000 images) plus 3/4 of a cent for each additional image. This range of images has a maximum charge of $425.00/month. 75,001-100,000 images $425/Month (includes 75,000 images) plus 3/4 of a cent for each additional image. This range of images has a maximum charge of $500.00/month. 100,001-250,000 images $500/Month for 100,000 images plus 1/2 of a cent for each additional image This range of images has a maximum charge of $1,000.00/month. 250,001-500,000 images $1,000/Month for 250,000 images plus 2/5 of a cent for each additional image This range of images has a maximum charge of $1,800.00/month. 500,001+ images $1,800/Month for 500,000 images plus 1/3 of a cent for each additional image This range of images does not have a maximum charge. Archiving Images In general, the shorter time your customers have to order the more orders you get. This is because it creates urgency for your customers to order right away before they forget. However, inevitably there are always a couple of customers that wait until the last minute and end up attempting to order after the event is offline. This is where Event Archiving can help you! Event Archiving is a cost-effective way to keep event photos online longer. You can archive an event after it has been posted for 2 weeks. An archived event remains available for your customer to select like any other event. However, when they click on the event, instead of presenting the images it will ask them to request access to the event for an upfront fee of $10 (you set the amount). Then, if you have real time processing, the system automatically grants them a 3 day access to the event and sends them an email containing a password and gift certificate for $10 (you set the amount) towards their order. So, if the customer creates an order, they are not charged any extra. What is the cost? We charge you $1.00 for every customer for whom is approved for the 3 day access to archived events. The per image fee for archived images drops to $ .001 (one tenth of a cent) per month. Archiving 1000 images will cost $1.00 per month. **Product Features include:
